The Four Life Foundation is a New York Not-for-Profit Corporation, formed to use the arts to bring awareness of and funding to the needs of humanity in our global community.

Our goal is to provide funding to assist those who are malnurnished, homeless, or otherwise underprivileged due to unforeseen disasters both here in the United States and overseas. The Foundation uses the four elements art, food, fashion and music to benefit those who are less fortunate, holding dinners, fashion shows, musical events, and art shows throughout the New York City area.

The funds raised by the Foundation will go to orphanages, hospitals, and rebuilding and relief organizations in underdeveloped countries such as Sri Lanka and regions such as Southeast Asia, or to other disaster-ridden regions throughout the world, such as the areas devastated by Hurricane Katrina.

Legalities:
A copy of the Foundation's latest annual report may be obtained upon request from the Foundation or from the New York State Attorney General's Charities Bureau, Attn: FOIL Officer, 120 Broadway, New York, New York 10271. As the Foundation was formed in July of 2006, the first annual report will be available on or about April 2007.

The Foundation is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions to the Foundation are deductible under section 170 of the Code. The Foundation is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Code.
